The Vula Lodges
The Vula Programme has its own on-campus accommodation facilities at Hilton College.
These facilities, known as Vula Lodge 1 (Victor Daitz House) and Vula Lodge 2 (Earl Snyder House), were funded by generous donations from The Victor Daitz Foundation, the Chamberlain family, and Old Hiltonian Hugh Snyder.
The Lodges each offer serviced accommodation in twelve twin-bedded en-suite rooms. Each Lodge also has a comfortable lounge area (with a fireplace) and a kitchenette.
The Lodges are primarily used to accommodate teachers attending training workshops offered by the programme. Although generally used throughout the year by the programme, there are occasionally quieter periods when some spare capacity is available for rental by visiting groups.
Details of availability and costs can be obtained from the Director at LS@hiltoncollege.com
Vula Funding
The Vula Programme relies on donor funding to cover its annual operational costs.
